5719 Zip Drive, Fort Myers, Florida is where we call home. In 2005, Future Controls, Inc. designed and built this facility, which includes 3,500 square feet of office space, including a large conference room, in addition to the office space, we have about 5,000 square feet of warehouse/storage space for inventory.

Future Controls, Inc. was founded and incorporated by James Norman Nevitt in 1982. He established our company with a goal to reduce our customer’s energy costs through the offering of a variety of services focused on energy conservation in air conditioning systems. Today we still carry that goal and passion! Here’s to 40 more!

First Assembly of God is Future Controls inc very first customer and we still proudly serve them 38 years later. On this day we were replacing a roof top unit in the children’s center and upgrading their building automation controls with Ecostruxure, the latest from Schneider Electric. We are Honored to take care of their large facility and hope its for another 38 years.

In 2005, Contessa Condos, our service customer challenged us with replacing their 2 cooling towers on the top of their 22 story building. The pathway to the facility had brand new pavers installed and we were not allowed to bring a crane to run on top of the new pavers. Therefore, as shown in this picture, we landed a helicopter on the beach nearby and attached the cooling towers for the helicopter to fly them to the roof

In 2015, this state of the art 2-story medical office building was commissioned with Future Controls, Inc. providing and installing the Building Management System with full array of equipment integration, including HVAC, lighting and power monitoring systems.

Future Controls believes in supporting our local community’s youth sports leagues. The lessons they learn and memories they create will be with them for a lifetime. We have been blessed to be able to support our local youth sports leagues here in Southwest Florida for 25+ years.
