In 2005, Future Controls, Inc. designed and built this facility, which includes 3,500 square feet of office space, including a large conference room, in addition to the office space, we have about 5,000 square feet of warehouse/storage space for inventory.

First Assembly of God is Future Controls inc very first customer and we still proudly serve them 38 years later. On this day we were replacing a roof top unit in the children’s center and upgrading their building automation controls with Ecostruxure, the latest from Schneider Electric. We are Honored to take care of their large facility and hope its for another 38 years.

Skills to get the job done.

In 2005, Contessa Condos, our service customer challenged us with replacing their 2 cooling towers on the top of their 22 story building. The pathway to the facility had brand new pavers installed and we were not allowed to bring a crane to run on top of the new pavers. Therefore, as shown in this picture, we landed a helicopter on the beach nearby and attached the cooling towers for the helicopter to fly them to the roof
